The brilliantly flexible DiMarzio DP180BK Air Norton S can be mounted in the bridge, middle or neck position and shapes warm, balanced sound. That said, this ceramic single-coil pickup is commonly planted at the neck, and is a popular choice among guitarists that are into more progressive styles. The combination of medium output and harmonic bite makes it ideal for lead as well as rhythm work.
DiMarzio
DiMarzio is specialised in guitar and bass pickups, as well as cables, straps, hardware and other guitar-based gear. In fact, the DiMarzio Super Distortion was the first after-market replacement pickup that hit the market back in the early seventies.
